We are always looking for people who want to build hardware that ends up in the field, not in a demo. Mechanical, electrical, embedded or backend software design — or a discipline we have not advertised yet. Make your case, and tell us why you want to be part of our team.
WHAT WE OFFER
Sovereign European defence technology
We build the ground infrastructure that lets NATO-aligned forces run autonomous drone operations persistently, in all weather and with minimal crew — on land, at sea and in harsh terrain.
Ownership that is real rather than nominal
We are ten people. There is no layer between you and the system. Whatever you take on, you own it — through design, build, test and delivery — and you will watch it work or fail in front of you.
Hardware you can put your hands on
The distance between a decision and a physical result here is measured in weeks, not quarters. You will not spend your first year reading documentation about a product you never touch.
An interdisciplinary team
Backgrounds across automotive and motorsport, aerospace, defence and industrial manufacturing. Mechanical, electrical and software sit in the same room and solve problems together, because the system does not respect the boundaries between them.
Influence on how we work
Our engineering process is being built now, as we scale. What you bring shapes it rather than fits into it.
Problems that keep changing
We are drone-agnostic and OEM-independent: we build the infrastructure around the customer. Every new partner drone is a new integration problem.
Competitive compensation
For students, the option to write your thesis with us.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Someone who works hands-on and would rather build the thing and test it than specify it and wait.
Someone who is comfortable without a fully defined brief. At our size, the problem often arrives before the process does, and independent work is essential.
Someone who is not scared of taking on responsibilities.
SECURITY AND EQUAL OPPORTUNITY
Because we work with customers in defence and critical infrastructure, a security clearance under the German Security Clearance Act (SÜG) may be required for this position.
We value diversity and welcome all applications — regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic and social origin, religion or belief, disability, age, and sexual orientation and identity.
HOW TO APPLY
Send us your CV and a short paragraph on where you think you fit and why. Links to anything you have built are welcome — professional work, university projects, or things you made in your own garage.
