Founded in Munich in 2025, Loxo Labs GmbH develops modular infrastructure systems that enable scalable autonomous drone operations. Our solutions cover the secure transport, storage, power supply and autonomous deployment of unmanned aerial systems.
You build the software an operator uses to command a fleet — the backend, the interface in front of it, and the security architecture behind both.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop our command and control platform: backend services in C# / .NET and the operator-facing web interface
Design and build the real-time link between the platform and deployed units, including protocol design over UDP/TCP and behaviour under degraded or contested connectivity
Build the operator interface: fleet status, mission state and telemetry visualisation, designed for use under time pressure and with minimal crew
Work on security across authentication, authorisation, audit and data at rest, appropriate to a defence deployment context
Work on platform engineering practice — deployment, observability, automated testing and release processes
Help shape our architecture, review and release conventions
YOUR PROFILE
Someone who works hands-on and would rather build the thing and test it than specify it and wait.
Someone who is comfortable without a fully defined brief. At our size, the problem often arrives before the process does, and independent work is essential.
Someone who is not scared of taking on responsibilities.
Building and operating production backend systems, with meaningful full-stack exposure.
C# / .NET and ASP.NET Core; TypeScript and React.
Real-time or telemetry-heavy systems: streaming data, state synchronisation, and graceful degradation when the link drops.
Network protocol depth beyond HTTP — you have designed, debugged and tuned protocols over UDP/TCP.
German and English.
