Founded in Munich in 2025, Loxo Labs GmbH develops modular infrastructure systems that enable scalable autonomous drone operations. Our solutions cover the secure transport, storage, power supply and autonomous deployment of unmanned aerial systems.
You build the power path end to end — shore, vehicle and on-board sources into a battery system that keeps a drone fleet charged, conditioned and ready to launch.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop the electrical architecture of the system: power distribution, DC/DC conversion, battery management and charging topology across multiple UAV types
Design and qualify power electronics for field use — wide input range, transient and reverse-polarity protection, operation across the full temperature envelope
Work on EMC and electrical safety compliance, including the test campaign and the resulting qualification evidence
Design the battery system: cell selection, thermal behaviour, safety architecture and transport compliance
Take schematic and PCB designs from concept through simulation, layout, bring-up, validation and transfer to manufacturing
Define the electrical interface specification for onboarding new OEM drone types
Handle harness design, connector selection and supplier qualification for electrical assemblies
Help shape our electrical design and review conventions as the team grows

Someone who works hands-on and would rather build the thing and test it than specify it and wait.
Someone who is comfortable without a fully defined brief. At our size, the problem often arrives before the process does, and independent work is essential.
Someone who is not scared of taking on responsibilities.
Power electronics or electrical hardware: switching converter design, magnetics, thermal design and efficiency optimisation, backed by measurement rather than simulation alone.
Battery systems — battery management architecture, cell balancing, state estimation, safety and transport regulation.
Schematic capture and multilayer PCB layout.
EMC: you have designed for it, tested for it and fixed it.
German and English.
